中秋の名月(Harvest Moon) 2013

昨晩、ベットルームの窓から見えたハーベストムーン（中秋の名月）。
あまりにも眩しい月明かりに、今夜もうっとり。
お月様にちなんで、絵本のクラッシック 『Good Night Moon』 と、大好きなNancy Tillman の『The Crown on Your Head』で読み聞かせをしてあげたら、息子達に今夜もしてくれ～とおねだりされてしまいました。 読む方も、読まれる方も、心がホクホクする時間。 絵本を囲んで、息子達がぴったり寄り添ってくるこのひと時は、スウィートな時の流れを感じます。

I spent bedtime story time with my sons looking at Harvest Moon last night.
This is the view of the moon from our bedrooms tonight... oh, it's so bright !!
My boys requested bedtime stories with exact same books from last night, the classic children's book,"Good Night Moon", "The Crown on Your Head" by Nancy Tillman.
Gathering around the books with my sons squished together on my right, left, and front. . . just love this moment!
